Suatu pagi, kamu bangun dengan kantung mata yang menggantung. Malam tidak bisa membuatmu tidur nyenyak, kamu lagi-lagi bermimpi tentang perpisahan. Berpisah dengan orang yang pernah mengaitkan janji-janjinya kepadamu kemudian melemparkan melepaskan semua kaitnya, membuatmu merasa terkhianati. Kamu tau bahwa tidak semua janji akan ditepati. Akan ada janji-janji yang terucapkan, lalu tertelan waktu. Tapi kamu tidak bisa menerimanya dengan lapang dada, saat itu.


Di pagi selanjutnya, kamu kembali bangun dengan hati yang riang. Kamu masih mengingat rasa sakitmu, tapi rasa sakit yang kamu ingat tidak bisa membuat deretan kebahagiaan yang kamu buat berkurang. Kamu menyimpannya rapat-rapat. sampai kamu sendiripun tidak akan jelas melihat. Kamu mengerti bahwa tidak semua janji akan ditepati. Mungkin kamu memang harus sakit, agar tau bagaimana waktu bekerja membuatmu baik kembali. Sehingga kamu bisa menerima yang pergi biar saja pergi. Karena banyak hal-hal baik yang akan datang padamu setelah itu.

Akan ada waktu yang dipinjam dan tidak dikembalikan lagi, bernama kehilangan. Juga ada waktu yang akan menggantikan, bernama pertemuan.
